The ProApp from Hayward represents a significant advancement for pool professionals, enabling efficient remote management of Omni controllers. This tool is designed to streamline configurations, allowing users to perform tasks from virtually any location. With the ProApp's Remote Configuration feature, professionals can initiate setups from scratch, utilize existing templates, edit current configurations, reboot controllers, and easily toggle between simple mode and standard mode, all aimed at enhancing convenience in pool installation and service.

No longer do technicians need to endure uncomfortable conditions while configuring Omni Controls on-site. The ProApp offers the flexibility to manage these tasks from a vehicle, home, or office environment, potentially improving response times and client service efficiency. This innovation also affords professionals the opportunity to balance work with personal commitments more effectively.

It is important for users to note that maintaining access requires using the same email address for the ProApp as is used for the Omnilogic App. Alternatively, a new account can be created using a designated business email. To utilize installed or serviced OmniLogics with the ProApp, an upgrade to R5.0 or higher is necessary.

Upgrade pathways are clearly defined: devices running R4.8.0 or above can be updated over-the-air; however, those below R4.8.0 must be upgraded via USB.

For successful operation of the ProApp, ensure you have the following:

 <li>Omni Controller R5.X or higher</li>
 <li>Omni Mobile App 5.X or higher</li>
